What this is

A motorized blackout roller shade, 28 inches wide by 72 inches long, that mounts with tension instead of screws. Comes with a remote.

Please read before buying - three honest notes

• Voice and app control need extra hardware that is not included. Alexa, Google Assistant and the Tuya app all require a separate smart bridge or wireless transponder, sold separately, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. Out of the box this is a remote-control shade. The solar charging panel and the 15-channel remote are also sold separately.
• The tension mount is the weak point. Owner reviews report the shade slipping or tilting after a week or two in some windows. If your recess is shallow or the surfaces are slick, plan on a screw-in bracket instead.
• The manufacturer upgraded the remote design and ships either version at random, so the remote you get may not match the photo exactly.

Condition

New and unused in the manufacturer's original packaging. This came off an Amazon liquidation pallet, so the outer box may be scuffed, taped or relabeled from its trip through the warehouse. The item inside has not been used.

Why is this cheaper than retail?

We buy whole pallets of Amazon overstock and returns and sell them one at a time. We do not have a storefront - we work out of our barn in Granville, Ohio, so there is no rent to cover. That is how the price stays where it is.
