On one sheet of paper, legibly print:
- Your full name
- A valid email address
- A valid cell phone number
- Your city and state
- The statement "I agree to the Official Rules"
Place the sheet in a stamped envelope and mail it to:

Your entry must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 13, 2026. Limit one mailed entry per person, one entry per envelope.
You are only responsible for postage - no purchase or payment is required. Phone, contact-form, email, and text-message entries are not accepted.
