Official Rules – 2026 Ohio State–Michigan Ticket Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The 2026 Pops' Stuff Ohio State–Michigan Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pops' Stuff, 3670 Loudon Street, Granville, Ohio 43023 (“Sponsor”) 1 740-975-3152.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and anyone involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
Contact requirement: To be verified and receive the prize, a potential winner must provide and maintain both a valid email address and a valid cellular telephone number through prize delivery. The information must belong to or be under the control of the entrant. Sweepstakes-related emails or text messages are solely for administration and prize delivery and do not constitute consent to receive marketing messages. Sponsor will not accept entry requests or administer entries by telephone.
3. Promotion period
The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 13, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping device.
4. How to enter
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries, multiple purchases, or use of more than one entry method do not increase a person's odds.
Mail-in no-purchase entry
During the Promotion Period, legibly print your full name, valid email address, valid cellular telephone number, city and state, plus the statement “I agree to the Official Rules,” on one sheet of paper. Place the sheet in a stamped envelope and mail it to Pops' Stuff, Attn: 2026 Game Ticket Sweepstakes, 3670 Loudon Street, Granville, Ohio 43023. The mailed entry must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 13, 2026. Limit one mailed entry per person and one entry per envelope. No purchase or payment is required; the entrant is responsible only for postage. Telephone, contact-form, email, and text-message entries are not accepted.
Purchase entry
An eligible person who completes a purchase of the Pops' Stuff Savings Pass – Magnet + Giveaway Entry during the Promotion Period will receive one entry using the contact information supplied with the order. Buying more than one pass does not provide additional entries. A return or refund will not reduce or cancel an otherwise eligible entry. The purchase and the Sweepstakes entry are separate transactions. If a purchase entry does not include both a valid email address and a valid cellular telephone number, the potential winner must provide and verify the missing information before receiving the prize.
All entry methods have equal status and equal odds. Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, automated, fraudulent, or submitted by prohibited means are void. Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these Rules.
5. Prize
One winner will receive two tickets to the Michigan at Ohio State football game scheduled for November 28, 2026 at noon at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio: Section 22C, Row 31, Seats 3 and 4. The total face value of the pair is $560.
Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, taxes, fees, and all other expenses are not included. Tickets are subject to the issuer's and venue's terms. The prize is nontransferable before delivery and no cash substitution is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for schedule changes, postponement, cancellation, venue policies, or acts beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner selection, notification, and announcement
One potential winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries at noon Eastern Time on November 14, 2026. The potential winner will be contacted promptly after the drawing using the email address or cellular telephone number provided with the entry. Sponsor may use email or an individual text message for Sweepstakes administration and verification. Sponsor will not make Sweepstakes-administration telephone calls.
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner must timely respond, confirm eligibility, verify both a valid email address and valid cellular telephone number, and complete any reasonably requested eligibility, release, or prize-acceptance documentation. Failure to provide or verify both required contact methods makes the potential winner ineligible to receive the prize.
After verification, Sponsor plans to announce the winner on the Pops' Stuff Facebook page on or after November 14, 2026. To protect privacy, the public announcement will use the winner's first name, last initial, and city unless the winner separately agrees to additional identification. The announcement may be delayed while verification is completed. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, declines the prize, or fails to respond within the time stated in the notification, Sponsor may select an alternate by random drawing.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible person is limited to one entry and receives the same odds regardless of entry method or purchase.
8. General conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair its integrity, and may select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected time when lawful and appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, service providers, and promotional platforms from claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of the prize, except claims that cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Rules limits rights provided by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Entry information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, prevent duplicate entries, and comply with legal obligations. Sweepstakes entry does not require consent to receive marketing messages. Providing a cellular telephone number authorizes only individual Sweepstakes-administration and prize-delivery communications described in these Rules.
10. Platform and organization disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Ohio State University, the University of Michigan, the Big Ten Conference, the NCAA, Facebook, Shopify, or any ticketing platform. All referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Disputes
These Rules are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where an entrant's home-jurisdiction law requires otherwise. Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ohio, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
